candidus means bright, happy, respectable in Latin. A word which reflects our philosophy perfectly.
bright - stands for the way we work. The quality of our services is our top priority. In collaboration with our customers we develop individual, creative and future-oriented solutions that ensure a long-term competitive advantage. It goes without saying that we are also able to think outside of the box, work with a clear analytical mind and also contribute the required depth.
happy - describes the feeling for our job and also how our customers may feel when we can help them. Hence, one focus of our work is the successful implementation of the solutions that we develop. In addition to traditional management consulting we also offer IT consulting services and in this way we fulfil our customers' requirements for "implemented solutions". This way we take account of the growing integration of strategy, business processes and IT development. We have also set up a "medium-sized company team" that will handle the specific issues relating to medium-sized enterprises.
respectable – and “respectful” - describes our appearance and our idea of collaboration. Our consultants with numerous years of experience in industry and retail act as partners to our customers. They offer to assist in many different ways - also in areas other than project issues. We place a great deal of emphasis on a pleasant atmosphere and are completely opposed to arrogant consultant behaviour.
